Runner's Log for the Palm OS is a flexible, easy-to-use exercise log that was written specifically the Palm® OS. More than just a simple database application, Runner's Log also includes a statistical mode ("Summary") which calculates numerous parameters for you such as your average pace for the previous month, or how many miles you have run in your shoes. And with support for up to 8 different activity types, Runner's Log isn't just for runners!

The combination of ease of use and variety of features has made Runner's Log the most popular exercise companion for the Palm handheld and is used by thousands of people in 49 different countries around the world.

Key Features

Unique user interface makes it easy to quickly enter all the relevant data for your workout.
The program accepts distances in either miles or km and can convert between the two.

Computes your pace (speed) automatically from the distance and duration information that you enter, selectable in either minutes per mile or miles per hour.

Automatically memorizes your running locations so that you don't have to re-type them every time - just select a memorized location from a list.
Quickly and easily see statistics generated by the program using your log data.  Just tap the on screen options to choose weekly or monthly time periods, and the program automatically summarizes your log entries to show you items such as your total distance for each of the last four months, or your average pace for the entire year!
Create a list of competitive events that you participate in, and then you can assign any log entry to an event type.  This way, you can see how your performance has improved over time in different distance, such as 5K, marathon, or any that you choose!

Has three selectable log formats that let you choose what information to display, and change what is visible on the fly.  This makes browsing through your exercise history a breeze.

Create a list of your exercise equipment (such as your running shoes, bikes, etc.) and then you can assign the equipment used to each log entry.  Then, Runner's Log will compute statistics such as total distance traveled in your shoes, average speed on your bike, etc.
Compute approximate calories burned for any workout, as well as total calories burned over a period of time.

Screen Shots

This is the log screen from which you can view entries in the Runner's Log database. There are three formats for the log list, showing varying amounts of information for each entry.
This is the summary screen where you can view statistics regarding your running log. The program scans your running log to calculate the totals for each time period. You can select from either the current week, month, and year or the previous four weeks, or the previous four months.
This is the entry form which you use to add new entries to your running log or edit existing ones. To make data input quick, the program automatically remembers your most recent running locations and running conditions. If you wish, you can also enter your heartrate and/or body weight with each entry.
